Memorable Quotes

Benny "Now he's back and obviously he's decided to train a private army of fascists and conquer the galaxy! As you would."

Benny "What was I going to say? My feelings for you are complicated by my feelings for Jason and my love for my child but I don't think I really love you but lets be friends, OK? Try to hang onto that while you're dying of malnutrition."

Bev Tarrant: "Does Ms Jones know about this? About what you do at work?." Moskof: "Would your mother, for instance, be proud to know that her daughter is part of a terrorist network that's killed over two hundred innocent people?" Bev Tarrant: "Yes!"

Jason: "If this place is so important to you, why have you never been back before?" Benny "Bad memories as well as good."

Moskof: "The more I see the chaos that's happening here, the more I want to see ... I want to see the place clean."

Jason: "Crucking cruck! We are so crucked now!"

Benny "It's disconcerting that, um, from what we can gather from those stolen records, Dalek archives now show me as being a complete idiot."

Benny "Don't tell me that behind the rest of these doors you've got Napoleon, Churchill, Alexander the Great? Because even for the Daleks that would be an enormous triumph of camp over common sense."

Mr. Crofton: "I was nobody here, but that was because I chose to be. They can't make me into nobody!"

Adrian: "We live together, we die together."

Adrian: "You know, I could do you a very nice new colour scheme in here if you get tired of white circles..."

Benny "I don't want to live in history, I want to live in the future."

Comments

Death And The Daleks is the first full-length original Benny audio to be written by her creator, Paul Cornell. It is a continuation and conclusion of the storyline begun in the short story anthology book Life During Wartime.

To prevent the identity of the titular villains escaping, Big Finish marketed this story for over a year as "The Axis Of Evil".

The second CD also features the short story Closure, featuring Lisa Bowerman and Sarah Mowat, which originally featured on the special limited edition CD Buried Treasures.

Death And The Daleks also sees the introduction of a new theme for the series, composed by David Darlington.
