"If I told you the truth, I'd have to kill you..."
The Deep-sea Energy Exploration Project was apparently destroyed by
dirty bombs in 2039 AD, turning the surrounding sea bed into a
radioactive tomb. Rumours suggest the DEEP was conducting illegal,
unethical experiments...
In 2066 the Doctor discovers the research centre remains intact. The
terrible truth about what happened twenty-seven years ago will soon be
revealed. The Doctor is determined to be the first to uncover and
confront the secrets of the DEEP.
But unearthing the past can have terrible consequences for your future...

Hoskins: 'It looks watertight, but I don't want any nasty
surprises.' The Doctor: 'You've come to the wrong place.'

stay buried, like I tried to do twenty-seven years ago. This time I
will make certain, by any means necessary.'

David Collings, who takes on the
role of the Doctor in this the third Doctor Who Unbound story
starred in Sapphire and Steel as well as featuring in three
Doctor Who television series Revenge Of The Cybermen;
The Robots Of Death and Mawdryn Undead. He also has
featured in Magic Bullet's Kaldor City audio drama series.
Ed Bishop starred in the Gerry Anderson
series U.F.O. as well as voicing several characters in
other Anderson series.
David Bishop is the writer of
several Doctor Who novels, including The Domino Effect,
and the audio drama Sarah Jane Smith: Test
Of Nerve.
