Memorable Quotes

Evelyn: 'You don't keep nipping out to the Co-Op while I'm asleep, do you?'

The Doctor: 'All TARDISes have some sophisticated systems that enable us to go, well, hunting.'

Evelyn: 'I was beginning to think you'd forgotten about her.'

The Doctor: 'By the way, an honorary title, I presume?'

Evelyn: 'Very melodramatic. You sound like the Doctor.' The Doctor: 'I heard that!'

Evelyn: 'Sounds like a night down the Student Union.'

Cassie: 'Sometimes force is the only way.'

Nimrod: 'Ah, the enthusiastic quest for knowledge. I remember being like that.'

Nimrod: 'It's important to remember who we are.'

Evelyn: 'I've never felt more alive than when I'm with the Doctor.'

The Doctor: 'I don't always win.'

The Doctor: 'Now, if I were the head of a top secret black-ops initiative, where would I put the door? Sometimes I wish these people would put down a welcome mat.'

Sergeant Frifth: 'Oh god, I think I prefer the other one.'

The Doctor: 'Evelyn would never forgive you. Mind you, Evelyn never forgave you anyway. Right up to the end.'

Nimrod: 'That is the Forge's brief. To examine, utilise, and master the technology we have here.'

The Doctor: 'You're certainly not the man I was.'

Comments

Project: Lazarus is a sequel of sorts to Project: Twilight, featuring both the Sixth and Seventh Doctors, and sees the return of Nimrod and Cassie from the earlier play. When originally announced in DWM, this story was titled Project: Enigma.

Unusually, this story features two separate covers, each highlighting both Doctors featured. You can see the 'simulated combined' cover here.
